Is it ok to be an intovert?

There's nothing wrong with being an introvert! I consider myself to be one. Introversion doesn't mean that somebody is necessarily shy or socially awkward like some think, one can be extroverted and shy as well. All introversion means is that you enjoy spending time by yourself and build up energy that way. Extroversion means you constantly feel the need to be around people, though that doesn't necessarily mean you have good social skills. So for me, being introverted means that even though I definitely like spending time with close friends and meeting new people, there are many times where I would just rather be by myself and think things to myself. But I've been to lots of job interviews and consider myself a decent interviewee, seeing as I got the first job I interviewed for both this summer and last. You being nervous has nothing to do with introversion and is something that can be easily worked on.

What Nitro RC truck/buggy would you recommend?

My first REAL Nitro RC was the Traxxas T Maxx 2.5. It was the best quality RC I have ever owned before. At the time, it just came out and is still on the market today as one of the best monster truck RCs in production (according to RC Car Action magazine, and I agree). I owned a total of 5 of them over the years. It's easy to work on, made of great quality, and the newer version has waterproof electronics so you can run it in any weather conditions, rain, snow, etc. Buying a nitro RC can be expensive too, so it all depends on how much you want to spend. You can spend $200 on an OK RC and have problems with it and end up spending $500 in repairs over a year, or you can spend $350-$500 on a very good one and have it last you a long time. If you want a good nitro RC, visit the websites of brand names like Traxxas, HPI, Associated, Losi, Kyosho and Tamiya. These are some of the top RC manufacturers on the market today. I lean towards Traxxas because they have the waterproof electronics and parts are easily available for every model online or the local hobby stores. If you see one you like on these web sites, go to YouTube and watch some videos of them. This will give you an idea of how they run before you make a purchase. That's what I recommend. What you should look for when buying one? Look for those name brands that I gave you. What you should avoid buying? Anything from a big box store like Walmart, Kmart, ToysRUs, Radio Shack, etc. I don't think many of them sell Nitro RCs, but if they do...they are junk. A good place to purchase one online is www.towerhobbies.com. They have competative prices and on the home page of the site there are coupon codes for a few extra $$$'s off. Plus, you can get just about every replacement part or upgrade part for the model you buy from the same site you bought the truck/buggy from. That's about the best advice I can give ya. I don't think they're lying. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I'm a lesbian, and I won't tell an ugly chick she is beautiful. I will tell beautiful women they are beautiful only if it's inside and out typically. I will tell cute girls they are beautiful if they are on the inside as well. For the ugly, all the internal beauty in the world could only get me to say they're sweet but never beautiful.

In Tennis,is it good to use the Reversed forehand (buggy whip) with the Western grip?

I'm a lefty and I've been using the Western grip for my forehand with the Reversed forehand but recently,I started to feel pain and strain on my shoulder and on my upper arm.Is this normal?

Every mutation is random. If a mutation is bad for reproducing and/or living, then the mutated species will not survive long compared to another mutated species that comes from the same origin. Therefore the only ones that remain are the ones that can survive long, despite the randomness of it all. A good example is that of a type of butterfly, I don't remember where. It stayed a lot around a black type of birch, but was white. Because of pollution in the area, some got genes that made them black. Those black butterflies had a natural camouflage against predators because of the color of the trees. The white type nearly disapeared since they were the only ones their predators could easily see, while the black type remained numerous. Because of a random genetic mutation, the species got a better camouflage.

Paralegal Certificate or Associates Degree?

I currently have an associate's degree in criminal justice but want to pursue paralegal studies instead. For the current paralegals out there, is it much more advantageous as far as employment opportunities to get a second associates degree in paralegal or would the certificate prove just as good?
