Isn't it interesting how America rushes to right wrongs in places some places, but forgets others?

Rwanda and the Ivory Coast have their problems, but, alas, no oil. Of course, I am sure the fact that America is fighting 3 wars in places that are economically advantageous to us is just a coincidence, right?
