Why US Gov. still is non-wise to intend send army to Libia?

Because we are still fighting 2 wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Because we don't want to turn Libya into another Somalia. Its not wise to go into this country or even put up a no fly zone with out being asked from the united arab league
