I'm having a real problem understanding this for my government class?

Bill gave you the typical lib talking points, and as usual they are lacking. Countries who have government dispensed health care tax the hell out of their citizens for it and people die from lack of decent care. It usually means a long wait for second rate care. That's why people from other countries who can afford it come here for medical treatment, and that includes kings who could have the very best care their country has to offer.
