Did i do something wrong to this girl?

i need some more opinions on this thing i have goin on right now, i wanna start by saying that i am not a big girl getter but i have had my share of girlfriends here and there and im not socially awkward around them or anything of that nature. Recently i went to the roller rink and i know some girls that go there but this one girl in particular was ignoring me. What happened was she said hi and all and then didnt talk to me the rest of the night. I asked her to skate and she said she didnt want to and then she skated with this other boy for about a half hour and they just talked. later on i asked her to talk to me and i grabbed her by the arm and said whats wrong? talk to me. she said she was getting a drink and that she'd be back and she never came to talk to me. Eventually my friends and i left without saying goodbye. I was told that this girl liked me but i think what happened is that...because i dont like her back, she was trying to make me jealous by ignoring me and talking to other guys. Any opinions? my main question is...did she ignore me on purpose or not and did i do somethin wrong? obviously she said she didnt do it on purpose but i think she did. sry bout this being long btw but i wanted everyone to understand.
