How hard would it be to write this program?

Sounds like a pretty advanced knowledge of programming would be needed for that. Im a beginner programmer and i just finished a blackjack application in Visual Basic, which took about 330 lines of code and was pretty challenging to me. What you want to do sounds pretty daunting.
