Is it advantageous or disadvantage to take 70 Ah or 74 Ah for a car that should have used 72 Ah?

I have ford explorer 2002 XLS and I checked and the battery Ah is 12v 72.Ah but I cannot get a dry cell of Ah 72 Ah but I can get 12v 70 or 12v 74 Ah. Is it okay for me to take the 12v Ah74? I do not know if I run the risk of fire.
