We are having another baby in around 7 months and i have a 21 month old whats the best pram to get?

i am worried that i am going to spend alot of money on a double buggy and my oldest wont be in it 5 minutes until they are too big for it but i was also thinking of getting a buggy board to attach to a single pram anyone know whats best thing to do?
