What is more advantageous to study to have a good job these days. CIMA, Human Resourse Management or MBA ?

I m a Biology graduate in Sri Lanka but unemployed. I really need to be employed. But each and every description in my home country vacancies are for management. So i am planning to add some management qualifications. I am currently 26 years old. Which one is better for me
