What kind of person is my friend?

My friend is a little weird. In Pre-K, he used to scare the other kids with stories. In 3rd grade, he hardly socialize and went to the library. Later they kicked him out since he hardly ever socialize. In 5th, he became obsessed with math. It is all he talks about. In 7th, he has few friends, hardly socialize outside the school, know some college and high school math, always think rationally, and somewhat clumsly. He used to take speech classes since he didn't know how to say CH or SH. He still has speech problems. He is really obsessive. He acts odd and somewhat crazy like wearing a beak mask and runs oddly. Is there a problem with him? Is he socially inept?
